What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is confirmed per project by design, size, SKU count, surface finish, branding, packaging and project scope. The applicable quantity is stated in the written quotation.
What is the average production lead time?
Some forged-wheel projects have a 20–25 day production target. It is counted from confirmation of the final drawing, specifications, surface finish and production slot, and the written quotation governs. Samples, revisions, testing, holidays and transport are scheduled separately unless expressly included.
Can you manufacture wheels from our own 3D designs or drawings?
Yes — we offer full OEM/ODM services. Our engineering team can review your 3D CAD files and drawings and produce custom molds. Where FEA structural analysis is in scope, the quotation defines who performs it, the load and boundary inputs, the wheel design/SKU covered and the report delivered — results apply only to the analysed design.
How do you handle worldwide shipping and customs support?
Air, express and ocean options may be discussed. DDP is offered only by written quotation confirming the destination country, importer of record, duties and taxes, clearance scope and named delivery address. EXW, FOB and CIF terms are confirmed the same way.
